When David “Dr. Tomato” O’Connor is in the community giving educational seminars and clinics on responsible, sustainable, organic growing techniques – he is representing the core philosophy of Healthy Home Harvest LLC. When he is giving scientific talks on the technical aspects of building solar greenhouses and operating at a virtually fuel free level – he is also representing the commitment that Healthy Home Harvest LLC has made to actually BUILD and OPERATE such a structure. When he is helping neighborhoods and urban residents learn how to easily and cheaply develop community gardens and take greater control over their own lives – he is expressing the sense of social responsibility that Healthy Home Harvest LLC so deeply feels.
